A delegation representing Uzbekistan football clubs, who are currently undertaking knowledge enhancing seminars in Istanbul have had opportunity to visit one of the most successful clubs in Türkiye – Fenerbahçe S.K.
Club’s Sport Director Mario Branco and other highly ranked representatives have shared their valuable experience on selection process, fanbase development and ticketing, marketing and commercials among other engaging topics. Participants gained substantial knowledge on Fenerbahçe S.K. activities and infrastructure.
Insightful presentations were followed by discussions and Q&A sessions, through which participants gained detailed information about the unique operating style of Fenerbahçe S.K. Particularly, Uzbek specialists were eager to thoroughly comprehend the process of the club’s scouting service, methodology of analyzing the dynamics of player development and the mechanism for preparing young players and their subsequent transfer to the major leagues.
